How do Adoubement, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, VISA, Mastercard. Paypal, Vipps*(Vipps is for Norwegian customers only)

The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.
All prices on this site are NOK and includes Norwegian VAT. Policy:
When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order.
If we should be unable to deliver the order, or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery in Norway (only purchase over 1200,- NOK
Norway:
All orders in Norway are shipped with Posten Norge and are fully insured.
Delivery time in Norway is usually 1-3 working days.
EU countries:
All orders in EU countries are shipped with Posten Norge and are fully insured.
Delivery time in EU countries is usually 2-5 working days.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track your order.
Shipping fee in EU countries (except Norway) - 200 NOK
GENERAL
Please note that it is only Norwegian VAT which is included in the price. In some countries they will put national toll on the goods.
Adoubement is not responsible for extra toll, VAT or other costs.
Return Policy:
If you wish to exchange a product into another size, color etc, please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately.
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
During CHRISTMAS you can return your items until January 13 as long as the item has not been used.
All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced.
Also, please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package.
NB. In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.

Force Majeure:
We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like.
This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
